Hi, I'm Michelle! My husband and I are full-time RV’ers, currently residing in Texas, but we will be on the move again soon! Due to my husband's job requirements, I work remotely from wherever we are located, but I'm a foodie at heart and take full advantage of our travels to explore new restaurants, cooking styles, and to try new things I find at local markets.
